Objective(s): webs application development for English Language Consultants

- Create a site according to Mr Adams’s needs and wishing: presentation of his activity and what he proposes to his clients, elaboration of a comments book and a business directory for the companies who he worked with, complementary sections such as “games”, news&events etc.

- Define and implement direct marketing campaigns to create online traffic.

Project Articulation:

- Understand the activity of E.L.C.

- Define the specs of the website

- Create the website and work on SEO

Technical Characteristics:
- Using an appropriate method to define the specs

- Defining the web pages (text and illustrations), the tree structure (arborescence), the links with Mr Adams: he as already ideas about the structure but we can propose new appropriate sections or pages.

- Host has already been found

- Creating a related database: for the comments book

- Ad campaign on Google Adwords

- Statistics for Mr Adams : Google Analytics

- Complying with the IT legal issues

Schedule and intermediary objectives

Objectives of the first meeting:
- Understanding Murray Adams’s activity (clients, trainings etc.)

- Internet site specs definition

- Comparing with competition (websites, what they do)

- Recovering page contents, arborescence and links (what Mr Adams has already defined alone)

- Tackling points such as design, colors,

- Giving our ideas about specific pages, etc.

Objectives of the second meeting:

- Agreement about the tree structure of the site and about the content

- Preview the design of the website

- Define technical solutions (CMS, own made, Zend Framework…) according to our tutor’s advices
